Ingredients: 1 can Maison Raymond sun vegetable and basil mousse, 1 ciabatta roll, thin slices of chicken, ½ ball of mozzarella, olive oil, salt, pepper and spinach leaves.
Drizzle a hot pan with olive and cook the chicken on each side until golden, 5 min. Add salt and pepper. Cut mozzarella into thin slices. Cut ciabatta roll in half and spread each side with sun vegetable-basil mousse. Put spinach leaves and mozzarella on the first slice and top with chicken. Cover with second slice of bread and enjoy!
