Ingredients: 1 can Maison Raymond goat cheese walnut raisin mousse, 2 slices whole-grain bread, 1 half of a pear, 100 to 150g raw ham chiffonnade.
Peel the pear, take one half and cut into slices. Cut the bread into triangles. Spread the goat cheese-walnut-raisin mousse on one slice. Top with some slices of pear and ham. Repeat the operation with another slice of bread. Put the last slice of bread on top and keep together with a toothpick.
