Ingredients for amuse-bouche : ¼ courgette, 4 radishes, 2 glasses of Spreadable Thoïnade Maison Raymond, 8 flights mini wind (for bites to the Queen ) and a few sprigs of coriander
The steps of the recipe :
- Rinse and pat dry the zucchini and radishes . Slice them finenement .
- Using a pastry bag , fill the mini flights with the wind Spreadable Thoïnade Maison Raymond
- Post a slice of zucchini and a slice of radish on top of each.
- Decorate with coriander leaf .
- Serve immediately .
Bonus : Sprinkle a few slivered almonds .
