Ingredients for 12 mini-tarts : 1 pastry roll, 12 teaspoons curved Foam Goeat cheese/Walnuts/Raisins Maison Raymond, 12 smoked duck breasts, 6 walnut halves and few bouquets chews
The recipe's steps :
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C ( gas mark 6 ) .
- Roll out the pastry on the worktop. Using a cookie cutter , cut 12 small circles.
- Place them in 12 mini - tarts flexible molds by pressing the dough well to take good shape and adheres well to the molds .
- Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven , unmold and let cool.
- Then drop 1 teaspoon Foam Goeat cheese/Walnuts/Raisins Maison Raymond in each tartlet .
- Wrap a duck breast on itself and place it above .
- Add half a kernel nuts and chews sheet.
- Serve immediately.
Bonus : Liven each tartlet a nut oil drop and a little pepper.
